Great Home,  Great Location,  and Great Owner      

I highly recommend staying at this home.  The home has everything that a large group needs – plenty of space, great beds, large living and dinning room, an awesome sauna and hot tub.  

The location is perfect; there are there ski resorts within thirty minutes driving, many places to buy food,  or go out to eat, yet quiet and tranquil.

Bruce gets an A+as an owner.  He responds to questions or problems immediately, an does a walk thru of the house.  In my opinion it would be hard to find a better owner than Bruce.

The Perfect Getaway

We can’t say more about this place and its owner Bruce 3 times now 2 times at this home and every time has been a great experience.  The home is very well kept and has everything you need for your stay.  The sauna and hot tub provide for a great time to relax.  Bruce makes the process easy ensuring everything is to you liking has true pride in his property and in ensuring his guests have a good time.  I am not one usually to write a review but one is needed here as the home is a perfect getaway and the owner actually cares you have a great trip.  Thank you for the continued memories!

A Great Weekend with Friends

My wife and I rented the Timber Frame Home for a long weekend to celebrate my 35th Birthday.  The place was great!  Very clean and comfortable with all the extras that make a weekend get away even better (the sauna was fantastic).  Bruce was very friendly and informative and gave me a detailed explanation of how everything worked (My wife really liked the “Big Red Book” that told us pretty much every place to eat, drink and hike in the area).  We will definitely be back again and are already talking about making this Halloween weekend trip a yearly tradition!

Full Vermont Experience

We rented the Timber Frame to celebrate my 40th birthday.  Four couples stayed, including two small dogs.  Bruce and Donna’s house is absolutely gorgeous and has everything to make your stay comfy; you really don’t even have to leave!  Everyone loved the hot tub and sauna, and it was so nice just to relax in front of the fireplace.  We played board games and enjoyed eating at the Prohibition Pig in downtown Waterbury.  The dogs loved being able to run around in the snow (a nice change from the sidewalks of Boston).  We highly recommend this house to anyone interested in the full Vermont experience.  And we are definitely making Waterbury a yearly tradition-and hopefully staying at the Timber Frame!

Great Vermont Getaway 

The Home is beautiful and very comfortable.  Every amenity is in perfect working order. Bruce (the property owner) wants nothing more than your complete enjoyment.  He sets you up with a quick orientation call and then if anything is needed its handled in a heartbeat.  Thanks for a great stay.

Great family vacation

Can’t say enough how much we enjoyed our week at this beautiful house. My husband and I, two sons, their wives and our new grandson wished we could stay even longer. The kids were in the hot tub every night. We didn’t have to find things to do during the day because we had somewhere we could enjoy by staying in. I’m trying to convince my husband to sell our new home and build one like this. We’d recommend this rental house for anyone wanting to enjoy the comforts of home on vacation.

Perfect Getaway!!

Stayed at this house for my 25th birthday weekend and it was AMAZING!   The house looked exactly like the pictures, the lawn was freshly cut and well maintained.  The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, we cooked a lot!  The tv room in the basement is out of this world!  Comfy chairs, great loud sound, and a huge tv!!  Washer and dryer were great and very convenient!  I did not get a chance to use the master bath tub, we ran out of time but it was a good sized tub!  The area is VERY dark at night, but pretty cool when its something you are not used to.  Hot tub and sauna on the deck literally made my birthday weekend perfect.  Hot tub is a great size and very easy to get into.  Sauna named up very quick and was perfect after walking around all day!  We will be definitely back!!

Beautiful Experience at Post & Beam

My husband and I enjoyed our “Leaf Peepers” stay at this meticulously kept rental. The listing’s description and photos accurately conveyed its warm and welcoming feeling that added to our enjoyment of the area and its many beautiful views and yummy restaurants!  Spent Many Years Renting For A Week Each Time

Great Private Getaway!

Our family loved the Classic Post & Beam Home!  The property was private and a safe getaway fir 6 adults and 3 children.  Close to so much to do and see for summer fun and the state park was just minutes down the street for a fun day of swimming and paddle board rentals.  The boys had a great day of golf on the course right around the corner.  The house has everything you would need with a peaceful and private deck and the sauna was so beautiful.  So relaxing, we would give it a high 5!  So close to so much to do in Vermont!  The owners are very helpful and easy torch if needed.  The large kitchen was a plus as we all enjoy cooking while the boys played pool in the man cave!
