You can make your Timber Frame Reservations  with a check or money order made out to Bruce Epstein  by following the reservation procedure.

Reservation Procedure

1. Complete reservation form and forward together with reservation deposit of 50%.  Deposits are only refundable 60 days prior to arrival date or when another reservation is confirmed for your time frame.
2. Your rental will be confirmed by return mail and information will be provided info about check in, check out procedures.  If you do not receive a confirmation within 7  days please call.  Mail can be lost or delayed by the postal service.
3. Balance of rental fee is due 14 days prior to first day of rental period along with a security deposit of $100.00.
