    The Timber Frame Home is a tall posted cape traditionally constructed with mortise and tendon joinery.     The Timber Frame Home is located just south of Stowe in the Town of Waterbury high atop Blush Hill. We are centrally located to the best skiing & boarding in Vermont. Stowe, the ski capital of the east, is only a short drive away along with Sugarbush, Mad River Glenn, and Bolton Valley. A great location for a memorable winter season lease. Waterbury is known as the “Recreational Crossroads of Vermont.” For hiking, Camel’s Hump, Mt. Mansfield & the Long Trail are close by, the Blush Hill Golf Course is right around the corner, Lake Champlain & Burlington are not far away, and beautiful Waterbury Reservoir is at the bottom of the Hill. The “Reservoir” is unique in offering Quiet Use & Motorboat areas for great fishing, canoeing, kayaking, and water skiing all surrounded by scenic State Forest & mountains.
